Zima has been a licensed agent in the State of Louisiana since 1996.  He has earned the professional designations of Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Registered Financial Consultant (RFC).  Specializing in the individual disability market, Phil is the Managing General Agent of C C Brokerage, LLC, a partner of The Plus Group,a premier national disability marketing organization of twenty-one equity partners. Considered by his peers as one of the Gulf South's leading individual disability specialists, Phil regularly conducts continuing education classes and seminars throughout the State of Louisiana in his speciality. He has published numerous articles in professional financial publications on Individual Disability and Long Term Care products.  An active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, he is a Greater New Orleans Chapter Board of Directors member.
